Bill Clutter speaks at the National Conference on Wrongful Convictions and the Death Penalty, hosted by Northwestern Law School in Chicago, Illinois. This event led to the creation of the Center on Wrongful Convictions and the Illinois Innocence Project that Clutter founded at the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS). The National Innocence Network has created nearly 80 projects helping to free innocent people from prison.
